An active member of the International Society of Beverage Technologists (ISBT) he has served as Chairman for the Packaging Technology Committee, on the board member of the national organization and now helps coordinate ISBT’s marketing effort. In 2014 Ron was elected to be the President of ISBT. In addition, he has been a member of the Society of Plastics Engineers Blow Molding.
He has served as Secretary, Chair-elect and Chairman and is an Honored Service member. In 2003 and then in 2010 Ron received recognition as a Certified Packaging Professional (CPP) via the Institute of Packaging Professionals (IOPP). He is now has a lifetime CPP designation.
In September 2017 he accepted the position of Managing Director for the CPA.

Prior to co-founding MSW, Chris is also a former Board Member/President of the Contract Packaging Association, and currently on the Executive Council of the PMMI OpX Leadership Network. Building upon his education and experience in machinery operations, in 2005, Chris founded, C-Crest Packaging Systems, Inc. – a custom design/build process developer and consulting firm, focusing on unique automation solutions for small/medium size Co-Manufacturers and Packagers, where he holds two mechanical process patents. Chris attended Tri-State University (Angola, Indiana) where he majored in Mechanical Engineering.
Chris serves the Boy Scouts of America, and nearly 1200 Scouts at the Council level in SE Indiana, and is currently a Chapter Advisor in the Order of the Arrow. If you reach out to Chris, and he’s unavailable, he’s likely backpacking with his wife, Stephanie, and their four teenage children.

Dave joined Microsoft in 1999 working through various roles in Supply Chain and product release. Prior to Microsoft, Dave held roles with Andersen Consulting and Coca-Cola and worked as a Project Engineer on the new Hong Kong Airport. Dave holds a B.Eng (Hons) in Manufacturing Engineering and is a C.Eng (Chartered Engineer) with the IET (Institute of Engineering and Technology – Manufacturing Division).

Prior to this role, Neil held various positions at Amazon.com, including Strategy Head for Fulfillment By Amazon and the General Manager and Inventor of the Amazon Small and Light global program. Most recently, he was the Global Director of Integrated Supply Chain, eCommerce strategy and technology innovation at Mondelez International, one of the world’s largest snack companies with brands such as Oreo, Milka, Cadbury’s and Nabisco. In this role, Neil was recognized in various global publications for inventing and launching a Direct To Consumer Supply Chain Model for many snack brands including Oreo and Cadbury. He is an expert on eCommerce and supply chain innovations and is published, given multiple keynotes globally for his work on the eCommerce Flywheel and its impact on supply chain for a long term competitive advantage.
Neil holds 10 US patents and has been quoted, interviewed and written about in WSJ, Bloomberg, Inc., Forbes, Business Week, CNBC and numerous highly selective international publications. Neil is a winner of numerous leadership awards including the prestigious Amazon.com “Just Do It” Award and was a Distinguished Visitor for the USA Navy in 2016.
